Unbound; side-stitched. 12–14 lines. Stained and fragile. Jottings: (a) alphabet transversely inner margin ff. [1]r, [3]v. (b) [1]r, upper margin. 'Comrosg' (?). (c) [1]r, lower margin. 'E[. . .] .'
